Before putting in a personal appearance, restaurant owner Richard Corrigan will be supervising his head chef cooking the menu he suggested for the Queen for her 80th birthday last year, of which the salmon starter was selected.
For this event, SaVVy members will be treated to his complete menu featuring poached turbot, venison wellington finishing with a rhubarb compote.
