The Michelin star awarded Lindsey House is the perfect venue for this dinner fit for the Queen. Before putting in a personal appearance, restaurant owner Richard Corrigan will be supervising his head chef cooking the menu he suggested for the Queen for her 80th birthday last year, of which the salmon starter was selected.
