Q. What's behind the name The SaVVy Club^®?

‘Savvy' comes from Spanish / Portuguese words derived from the Latin verb ‘sapere', meaning ‘to be wise'. The SaVVy Club^® is about 'people' and therefore we felt it was an appropriate name for a Club aimed at people who consider themselves to be savvy, i.e. knowledgeable and experienced.

Q. Who are the members?

Typically, our members are age 35+, senior managers, directors, professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs. They have rewarding careers rather than jobs, and want to live life to the full, but don't necessarily have the time to organise it. 

Q. How much is membership?

Membership to The SaVVy Club^® gives an enduring expression of your personal values and taste. You are someone who demands the finest things in life and who appreciates excellence. 
Membership is just £400 per year.

Q. What is the average age of your membership?

The average age is around 43.

Q. Can I attend an event before becoming a member?

Yes.  You may attend an event as a guest. This is a once only opportunity to experience The SaVVy Club^® VIP treatment.  Please apply for a Guest Pass by completing the joining form.

Q. What is a Guest Pass?

If you would like to experience a VIP social event before becoming a member, you can do so by purchasing a Guest Pass. This Guest Pass login allows you to book one social event and is valid for a period of 30 days. The Guest Pass is available at £50 which is refundable when you upgrade to full membership.  At the end of the 30 day period your login will be deactivated.

Q. Do you hold events around the UK and abroad?

The majority of our events are presently held in London / South East. As the membership grows, so will our geographical coverage.

Q. Do I have to supply a photo to become a member?

Yes. The reasons for this are two-fold:

1. to enable us to identify you at an event
2. for health and safety reasons, e.g. in the event of having to evacuate a venue.

Q. Can I get my money back if I'm not happy with an event?

If you are unhappy, please let us know in writing at your earliest opportunity. Each case will be considered on its merits.

Q. Do your events include transport?

Sometimes our events include transport; however, every event is different. Transport will be specified on the event description.

Q. I have a teenage son / daughter – can they attend events?

Sometimes we hold family events, where children can attend as a spectator. However most The SaVVy Club^® events are for professionals, aged 35 and upwards, and this should be assumed to apply unless stated otherwise.

Q. I'm in a wheelchair – can I go to your events?

We endeavour to use venues that have disability access. Please contact us to check access for each event.

Q. Can I suggest an event?

Absolutely. We welcome suggestions from our members. Everything we do at The SaVVy Club^® is tailored to our members' needs.

Q. Do you organise private parties or corporate events?

Yes – but this service is available for members only.

Q. What is The SaVVy Discovery^TM ?

This is our own special SaVVy tailormade travel service for members.  It is the ultimate in tailormade luxury travel.

Q. Are you affiliated with any other clubs?

We are not affiliated with any other clubs at present, although we are sometimes able to get access to other exclusive clubs through our contacts and concierge.

Q. Do you have a brochure or information pack?

In the interests of saving paper and trees, we have included as much information as possible on the web site. If you have a question, please contact us.

Q. Can I promote my business to other members?

If you would like to advertise your business to other members, we have special advertising opportunities on the web site. Please contact us for more details.
