Q. What's behind the name The SaVVy Club®?
‘Savvy' comes from Spanish / Portuguese words derived from the Latin verb ‘sapere', meaning ‘to be wise'. We therefore felt it was an appropriate name for a Club aimed at people who are knowledgeable, cultured and experienced.
Q. Who are the members?
Typically, our members are senior managers, directors, professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs. They have rewarding careers rather than jobs, and want to live life to the full, but don't necessarily have the time to organise it. Read Member profile. Read Who are they?
Q. How much is membership?
Membership to The SaVVy Club® gives an enduring expression of your personal values and taste. You are someone who demands the finest things in life and who appreciates excellence. Membership can be paid upfront of £1000 annually, or monthly payments of £100. Social Events are paid for separately.

Q. How much are the events?
Every social event is priced individually as every event is organised bespoke. Some events include dinner after a show, or pre-show hospitality for example, and some won't. Events range from a VIP theatre evening, a day at Royal Ascot, to an evening of Opera and dinner at Glyndebourne. The cost of social events vary enormously depending on the nature of the event. Our events cost between £180 to £500 per person. Please note that the cost of previous events are not indicative of the cost of future social events.
Q. What is the average age of your membership?
The average age is 42.
Q. Can I attend a social event before becoming a member?
No. You are required to be a member to attend our social events.
Q. Do you hold events around the UK and abroad?
The majority of our events are presently held in London / South East. As the membership grows, so will our geographical coverage.
Q. Do I have to supply a photo to become a member?
Yes. The reasons for this are two-fold:
- to enable us to identify you at a social event
- for health and safety reasons, e.g. in the event of having to evacuate a venue.
Q. Can I get my money back if I'm not happy with an event?
If you are unhappy, please let us know in writing at your earliest opportunity. Each case will be considered on its merits.
Q. Do your social events include transport?
Sometimes our events include transport; however, every event is different. Transport will be specified on the event description.
Q. I have a teenage son / daughter – can they attend events?
Sometimes we hold family events, where children can attend as a spectator. However most The SaVVy Club® events are for adults, and this should be assumed to apply unless stated otherwise.
Q. I'm a wheelchair user – can I go to your events?
We endeavour to use venues that have disability access. Please contact us to check access for each social event.
Q. Can I suggest an event?
Absolutely. We encourage our members to suggest social events. Everything we do at The SaVVy Club® is tailored to our members' needs.
Q. Do you organise private parties or corporate events?
Yes – you don't need to be a member to ask us to organise a private event for you.
Q. Are you affiliated with any other social clubs?
We are not affiliated with any other clubs at present, although we are sometimes able to get access to other exclusive clubs through our contacts and concierge.
Q. Do you have a brochure or information pack?
In the interests of saving paper and trees, we have included as much information as possible on the web site. If you have a question, please contact us.
Q. Can I promote my business to other members?
If you would like to advertise your business to other members, we have special advertising opportunities on the web site. Please contact us for more details.
Q. Do you offer internships?
